NextReg Inc ("NextReg", "we", "us") provides regulatory compliance services. This policy describes how we handle information on our website (thenextreg.com), our services, and our software tools.

Information we collect

When you use our website, we collect two kinds of information. The first is what you choose to give us: contact details you submit through our contact or scheduling forms (such as name, email, phone, and firm name) and the contents of messages you send us. The second is collected automatically as you browse: basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, and information about how the site is used. The section on cookies and analytics below explains what is collected automatically and why.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, deliver our services, and communicate with you about your engagement. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising.

Sharing

This section applies to our website and services. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as hosting, scheduling, email, website analytics, and customer relationship tools), under agreements that limit their use of it, or when required by law or professional obligation.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used, so that we can improve it. Two providers do this for us.

Google Analytics shows us how the website is used: which pages are viewed, how far down a page visitors read, and which links are clicked. It does not tell us who you are. You can opt out of Google Analytics across every website using Google's opt-out browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Apollo estimates the organisation a visitor is browsing from, using the IP address, and records which of our pages that organisation viewed. We use this to understand which kinds of firms are interested in our services. We have not enabled individual-level identification, so this identifies an organisation and not a person.

These cookies are set when you first visit the site. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, and the website will continue to work normally.

We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not sell the information they collect.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by our legal and regulatory obligations, and we protect it with appropriate technical and organizational measures.

NexOS IARD Filing Assist (Chrome extension)

NexOS IARD Filing Assist is an internal tool for NextReg Inc compliance consultants. It fills Form ADV fields on IARD (crd.finra.org) from a file of client-approved answers that the consultant loads manually.

• Data handled: the client's Form ADV answers (business information such as firm names, addresses, and registration details). The file contains no Social Security numbers and no dates of birth.
• Storage: the loaded answers are stored only in the browser's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local) on the consultant's own device. The consultant can remove them at any time with one click.
• Collection and transmission: the extension does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any data. Nothing leaves the consultant's device. It contains no analytics, no tracking, and no remote code.
• Scope: the extension operates only on crd.finra.org and acts only when the consultant clicks.

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
