NexOS IARD Filing Assist (Chrome extension)

NexOS IARD Filing Assist is an internal tool for NextReg Inc compliance consultants. It fills Form ADV fields on IARD (crd.finra.org) from a file of client-approved answers that the consultant loads manually.

• Data handled: the client's Form ADV answers (business information such as firm names, addresses, and registration details). The file contains no Social Security numbers and no dates of birth.
• Storage: the loaded answers are stored only in the browser's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local) on the consultant's own device. The consultant can remove them at any time with one click.
• Collection and transmission: the extension does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any data. Nothing leaves the consultant's device. It contains no analytics, no tracking, and no remote code.
• Scope: the extension operates only on crd.finra.org and acts only when the consultant clicks.
